Electric harnesses
for special vehicles
We manufacture harnesses used in special-purpose vehicles, such as cranes and fire trucks. Products of this type are characterized by large dimensions: length up to 25 meters and final weight oscillating around 120 kg.
The number of cables used in one product reaches up to 1100 pcs. Wiring for special vehicles must be highly resistant to erosive factors.
IPC / WHMA-A-620 – in order to achieve the highest quality of the final product, we work in accordance with the assembly requirements specified in the IPC / WHMA-A-620 standard as well as internal standards and requirements of our customers.

Characteristics of the products
The customer-specified load of vehicles and aggregates requires us to properly prepare our products – so that they can cope with difficult working conditions. In our production, we must take into account such requirements as:
- Influence of dust, cold, heat and moisture on the electrical system
- Cleaning the vehicle with a steam cleaner and
chemical products - Vehicle control system based on CAN bus despite strong vibrations
- Strict requirements for the engine control system, hydraulics and other vehicle functions
- Battery cables up to 95 mm² and data lines from 0.14 mm² in one power board
